I have been practicing yoga for more than 17 years and been a teaching yoga and meditation for about 8 years. I come from a traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga background but now I teach and practice Vinyasa Yoga. I have more than 1,000 hours of Yoga Training, and more than 3,000 logged hours teaching yoga. I have studied under Seane Corn, Bryan Kest, Josh Summers, Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, Elena Brower, Annie Q and Lori Bonazolli. I teach everything from a empowering and challenging Power Vinyasa, Alignment Based Foundation, Gentle Yoga, Recovery Yoga and Guided Meditation. I always put a lot of attention to alignments and the spiritual part of yoga practice. For me yoga is meditation in motion. But with that said, my classes are always fun and there will be laughter for sure! I also like to give my students a-ha moments through work-shopping a specific pose to help them align their body in a way so they will practice in a way that build strength and prevent injury. I also create a safe space for people to let go of their stuff. Letting them know I’ve been there, we’ve all been there, and that it is going to be ok. I challenge them with a no-drama-approach towards change.
